Due to preparations for the renewal, we regret to announce that the store will be offline from 8:00am to midday (JST) on July 12. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The new online store will feature an improved design and functionality, enhancing the site’s usability and the overall shopping experience. In addition to Japanese and English language options, the site will also be available in Chinese (traditional/simplified) and Korean. Product categories will be restructured to improve searchability and accompanied by an expanded range of functions.
Highlights of the renewal include:

- Product delivery status information accessible via My Page
- Option to cancel orders within 60 minutes of completion
- Specification of delivery date and time (limited to Japan only)
- Renewed design and interface
- Advance wishlist registration. Product pages will generally be published 48 hours* before a product goes on sale. *The exact time of publishing may vary depending on the product
- Newsletter registration without the need to create an online store account
- Renewed enquiry form and a new FAQ section
Customers with an existing account will have their details transferred to the new online store. After logging in with their registered email address and password, they will be able to check their order history and mailing address.
HUMAN MADE TOOTH GEL will be first come first served if you purchase over 15,000 yen (without tax) at our HUMAN MADE ONLINE STORE after its renewal from 12:00 pm (JST) on July 12th (Tue).
