The official T-shirt for SOMETHING IN THE WATER 2022, the community festival taking place in Washington, DC, will be released on Saturday, June 18. Organized by Pharrell Williams, the festival was first held in 2019 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
As a visionary recording artist, producer, songwriter, philanthropist, fashion designer and entrepreneur, Pharrell has created a festival with live performances, art exhibitions, conferences, pitch events and a pop-up church, drawing attention from all over the world. The festival, produced in cooperation with Redrock Entertainment and Live Nation, will be held for the second year since it first launched in 2019 on the Juneteenth weekend (June 17–19) in Washington, DC.
The festival will feature performances by a range of artists including Pharrell & PHRIENDS, Calvin Harris, Chloe x Halle, Dave Matthews Band, Jon Batiste, Lil Baby, Lil Uzi Vert, Ozuna, Pusha T, Snoh Aalegra, Tyler, the Creator and Usher.
The SOMETHING IN THE WATER T-shirt is adorned with HUMAN MADE’s iconic heart logo, finished with a festival-inspired color gradation. Woven with uneven slub yarn, it has the rounded body, soft texture and exceptional comfort of HUMAN MADE T-shirts, one of Pharrell’s much-loved staples.
The T-shirt will be released on the HUMAN MADE ONLINE STORE, with limited quantities also available for purchase at the SOMETHING IN THE WATER 2022 festival (Washington, DC, USA) from June 17th–19th.
