Sake Storm Cowboy, co-produced by Pharrell Williams and NIGO, will release the latest product from its “Season 3 (S3)” series, Middle Press, on Friday, April 1.
Sake Storm Cowboy is created in collaboration with Ohmine Sake Brewery, the Mine, Yamaguchi-based maker of innovative Japanese sake “against sake world”. The sake possesses a splendid aroma like a freshly picked apple, and the moment it enters your mouth you’ll be struck by a fruitiness akin to muscat or melons. This unique taste is interwoven with a light sweetness, reminiscent of wasanbon (fine-grained Japanese sugar) or steamed coconut rice. Sake Storm Cowboy S3 Middle Press was taken from the brewing tank during the middle stages of the pressing process, resulting in a mellow taste sake.
Presented in a stylish bottle featuring Human Made’s icon, Storm Cowboy, the sake also makes the perfect gift.
